I usually use the customer chat on her website. Typically she responds within a day or two and then you can get done what you need to.What's everyone's experience contacting the company/support/Leilah? I shot them an email a while ago and never got an answer, only remembered now as it's not like I was fully sold. Perhaps would be easier on Instagram but I've no account.
