If only inner lining torn then a red label Cal for 399/offer is a good deal.
Edit - yeah, it's lining ripped where it attaches to leather and around the snap. My old Cal has the same thing and it is totally wearable as-is. The appearance of thickness in the pic fooled me.

Jacket appears more in the 38-40 range as I can tell.
