Over a period of years I worked part-time in a tobacco store with a very dear friend, now, alas, deceased. Always wearing a sport coat, he kept is wallet in the right inside pocket, his cigar case in the left inside pocket, his glasses on his nose and his testicles in the standard location.
His version of checking was, "Spectacles, testicles, wallet, cigars." If you follow the path as you use your right hand to check that everything is where it ought to be and you may think you just entered a church.

And this is help when pills have a different colours. Was pretty dangerous with all white.
I’m on so many prescription meds that I take a U-Haul to the pharmacy.

If not for the pill sorter thing (my lovely missus bought me a nice handcrafted wooden one) I would all but certainly not take the right meds at the right time. Attribute that in part to the numbers of pills I take, and in part to creeping senility.

And if your not into the topic.

You don't need your Vitamin B12 checked (Holo-Transcobalamin). Just start with a serious Vitamin B-"complex" or "complete" OTC from pharmacy, not the drugstore stuff.

I'm taking it since 2017.
We are not more in 1995. Today, we know much more how the eight Vitamin B work together. :)

I've hit 32 and my knees are starting to sound like walking on crushed gravel. I know getting old beats the alternative, but it still stinks.

Back to cigarette topic.

In my ashtray next ot our apartment block, I saw a Winston stub. Something of the old world we still know must be alive!
When I got serious about smoking and started seriously back in...1987?...Winston was my brand. Now, I couldn't tell you why. Over 30 years I switched two or three times, and now I can't remember what the brand was when I stopped for the last time; Benson & Hedges, I think. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
