It was probably built in the late 1930s, see the inside label. Color is "Narvalo" and the type "Ergosca"

BilCal (Bill & Caldwell) were well known importers so not sure if there was a store. My guess is the branding was for America but the hats were redirected to the Czech market. 
That entire outfit is perfect!A rather nasty mix of freezing rain, sleet, snow, falling temps and rising winds here today. Sheepskin did the job.
