Approx Size 40 1940s European Orphan Jacket. Very Badly Listed

This is from the 40s, maybe earlier. Not 60s as stated by seller. Can't get any hint on country of origin from the photos, but prob British. You'll want to ask for an accurate pit-to-pit measure on the jacket, but the arms seem pretty long. Maybe a rare one for a tall chap?
