Zip-pulls: vintage, novelty, quirky, cool?

Hello All

Newish member here with a question: zip pulls -- does anyone here customise their jackets (esp. classic leather) or replace missing zipper pullers with vintage, novelty, quirky pullers?

I only ask as I remember seeing on this very forum a very cool miniature flick-knife / switchblade type thing on (I think) an old Aero. It looked great. Any idea where I can get one?

I had this wee pocket knife I installed as a pull on the handwarmer of my j106...I believe it was found on etsy.

Split ring from a hand grenade pin on my M-41 zipper. Not sure if this was done during WWII...but it works very well.
