I bought this jacket used a few months ago. The combination of me messing up my shoulder measurement and the seller measuring pit to pit as seam to seam means that it's too big for me. Which is a shame, as it's a very nice jacket.
I wanted something similar to the Highwayman, but had problems with the back vs front length of the Aero HWM. Unlike the regular HWM, this has a slight front dip (meaning it won't ride over your belt even when the back length is good) and a sturdy two-way Talon zipper. It also fits a bit slimmer. That being said, I imagine this could fit a 40-42.
Horween lux is a midweight tea core veg tan hide. The jacket weighs around 6 lbs and is substantial, but it also feels soft and drapes beautifully. There are better pictures of Horween lux than I'm providing here, both on this forum and elsewhere. Regardless, it is a gorgeous hide...and it smells great.
I suspect my measurements are not perfect, so you get two pictures for each one: one showing how I measured and the other at the end of the band.
