Hey guys I just got back to somewhat normal life and just got back on my account,

I was looking for a beater Royal stetson from the 50s I don't care what it looks like as in really looking for the sweatband out of it..

Most of you know and understand what I'm looking for however if you don't know what you have, or if you think you may have one that will work for me, feel free to reply or message me.

Here is a pic of the color finish of the sweatband I'm looking for, with the gold foil stamp, i really would like one with the gold foil vs the black stamp.

Anyway thanks everyone, those if you that know me if your wondering where I was or what happened feel free to message me.

What size?
I mean ideally anything around a 7 1\8 but I'd literally make do with anything I'm just going for the sweatband.

It would be nice if someone had something with the felt totally trashed with a okay sweatband I could salvage from it..

Even if it's a 6 7\8 I can stretch it a lil bit or just throw a extension in the back when I stitch it up and in.

Thanks for replying and hopefully you have something

Thanks so much.

Boaters do not stretch well. I would hold out for the proper size.
I have a Facebook friend that might be able to help. PM me your email address and I'll get it to him. He is not on the Lounge.

Hey Red, thanks for your reply.

I was looking for a beater or a ruined hat, ideally someone has some random one with tons of moth damage or a hole in the pinch, or stained or fadded badly that has a okay sweatband with that leather finish in the pic and the gold foil Royal Stetson stamp, because in the late 50s they switched to black stamps, I think it was the late 50s? Could be wrong..

Anyway I'd take a boater too that's trashed I'm not sure at all but I don't think any boaters had the royal stetson stamp as I thought they had been referring to the felt quality.

Let me know though and if you think you can still come across something I'll send you a pm.

Thanks so much for dropping a message in the thread though

Still need one of these so I'm still on the lookout for any unimportant 50s stetson or a beater 50 stetson, holes moth damage doesn't matter whatever you have any type I'm hoping to get a royal stetson or a premier though straw or felt.

Thanks everyone and I hope someone has something I'm sure someone does I just hope whoever sees this.

Thanks again ❤️

Bump

I'm still on the lookout any stetson royals 1959 or earlier, any style or felt damage, or moth damage doesn't matter, bill take anything if it has that era sweatband size doesn't matter either.

Thanks again everyone

Can it be a Royal DeLuxe? I know of a 6 7/8 St. Regis model on Etsy that has a chestnut sweatband with gold foil embossing.

I could use it but I was specifically looking for just the basic Royal stetson for what I was using this one for, you can PM me if it's yours if someone wants to much for it when I could put the same money towards a royal stetson with a intact sweatband that would be the more wise thing for me.. I don't have to much money to work with.

Thanks for looking out though and if it's yours or really cheap PM me if you got time or get around to it.

Thanks again and I'm still looking of Anyone has one.. I know people here have them they either just don't see the thread or don't think about it when they pass over it.
