I'd like to find a Borsalino Alessandria in Silverbelly or whatever their similar color is called. I normally wear a 7 3/8 long oval or a small fitting 7 1/2. If somebody has one they would like to sell please let me know. Thanks.

If I come across one I ll let you know .

Hi Bond,

I realize my chances were pretty slim but I thought I post this anyway.

I did see the hat Boss is selling but I'm afraid it might be a little big for me. I'm closer to a 3/8 than a 1/2. Very nice looking hat though.

I was wearing your old Open Road today. The local hat shop is going to restitch the sweatband for me but I haven't had time to drop it off.

Thanks again,

Mike

They are still in production & readily available. Are you looking exclusively for vintage? And if so, of what vintage?

Hi Rick,

I'm aware they are still made but I thought I'd look around for an older one first before ordering new.

I'm not really sure what vintage. I really don't know much about them but like the way the older ones look. I'm just assuming that Borsalinos are like older Open Roads the felt is better than the newer models. I know it is a shot in the dark but I thought I'd try for an older one first before buying new.

Thanks,

Mike
