Perhaps a good idea might be if you can possibly get your height and weight? Several jackets run different dimensions, sharing the same 42 label. Even the same models with the same size label tend to be different. I have car coats 40 and 42 and fit the same. The j23 is no different. I have a size 44 and a size 46. They both fit me well, just as the car coat did in size 40.
