Why do I always get logged off

I can never seem to stay logged on for more than 5-10min. Is this something controlled by a setting? I use other windows for browsing, but when I get back to the Fedora Lounge, I`ve been logged off...?!?!?

do you tick "remember me' when you sign in? that might help. I'm not very savvy when it comes to computers, but that used to happen to me on my work computer untill i started doing that.

The same thing was happening to me a few months ago. I finally figured out that it was a cookie issue with Firefox. At some point when I cleared my cookies, I didn't notice that there was a box checked that said something to the effect that no new cookies would be accepted from the source of the deleted ones. I've since switched to the Camino browser and have no problems with staying logged on forever. Camino also runs a lot faster on my older Mac.
