No. Olive green is A OK. I'm a dad too but luckily to my 7 year old I'm still cool (and weird).Does my green one count for a light denim? I am a dad after all and according to my 11 year old daughter I am "most uncool"

Interesting thread.
I'm not sure but maybe Levi's online store? I've been looking for a dark brown corduroy version with a white fleece collar myself. Good for getting out and watching some fall ball at Wrigley... oh my waivering Cubbies.Anyone got any ideas where I can get a jacket like Jake Gyllenhaal's, but without the wax?
It's a great color and style, and gets around the 'double denim paradox' neatly.
Help me out, 'I've been searching for freedom' for chrissake!
What else would you wear with a demon jacket but jeans?? I get the Canadian tuxedo thing, but it's a bit OCD. I wear my vintage demon jackets while wearing jeans. Oh, the horror!

Well, in your case you can be a friend of a friend if a leather belt. Done.In order to wear a closed denim jacket, do you also have to be a friend of a leather belt?

I got a couple of the cord/sherpa Levis jackets last year on sale on the Levis site.
While not a regular look, I will on occasion wear denim/denim/denim and don't care what anyone thinks. It helps to have different shades of blue, but the cord Levis jackets break up the denim tux nicely.
