Does anyone know who the current mgr/owner/"hat picker" is at The Hattery/Hats Direct??? Im going to purchase a Deluxe Fed and for what this paticuliar Akubra costs (abt $140) plus $40 shipping (I'm used to to $87 Campdrafts and $21 shipping from Everything Australian) I want to send the right person an email and make sure they send me a really nice example of a Deluxe Fed. Thanks for any info.

I've long since deleted my emails with them but I can tell you they have great communication via email and will try to get you what you want. Sometimes they are limited by what's in stock.

Thank you gentlemen. I've seen both Jenny and Trudi's name on The Lounge. Was just wondering, as I like to deal with owners or their "right hand" managers whenever possible.
