Who is this Art Deco Beauty That Adorns Everyday Objects???

Can anyone identify this figure? Here she is as part of a lamp, then again on a box lid. Help?

I don't know if she is supposed to represent any character in particular, but the headdress seems to mean something, or why would she be wearing it?

She would be a great Halloween costume too.

I think it might be the Greek Goddess of knowledge, Athena. Her headdress looks like a stylised version of this
