Art Fawcett is The Man!!

I have a couple of hats that need to be cleaned and blocked, how do I find someone who does this?? I live in Long Beach, Ca. Any help would be appreciated.

Hat Cleaning and blocking

In Cleveland there is a guy named mike the hatter who will clean and block. He has a website and he also sells hats. I haven't dealt with him but I intend to run up there next month since it's only an hour away. Good luck!

There is a hat store here in San Diego called The Hat Works (used to be called The Western Hat Works, but now they sell more fedoras than cowboy hats). The guy has re-blocked and cleaned a couple my fedoras.

It's the only store in town that does it. He is in the downtown area near Horton Plaza if you are familiar with San Diego.

Sharpy, don't forget that Art has sold, closed, and is moving. He won't be taking on any new business until he sets up at the new place in Oregon. I'm gonna help pack the hat equipment and machinery, and the TONS of hat stuff when he loads it on the trailer to ship north.

I admit, I hat "e" to see him go...my close friend will no longer be "close"

Baron California Hats in Burbank blocks hats, though I don't think they do mail order. They have a heavy film/TV business, and sometimes get busy. So it's best to show up in person.
