Which Horsehide is this? (GoodWear content)

I recently acquired this GoodWear horsehide jacket but I can't make out which particular horse hide this is. It doesn't look like any of John's current offerings. What do you all think?

By feel it's sort of a chalky, almost chromexcel like feeling to it. Quite substantial.

This is a Perry Sportswear A-2.
