You may already have noticed this little beauty:

It's got some good stuff in it, but where is Red Dust!!?!? It's got Gable, it's got Harlowe, it's exotic and entertaining...

I guess they could do a second set, and make sure they also get Manhatten Melodrama, but I'm really disappointed. I mean really.

Don't get me started, some of the decisions on releases seem to make no sense what so ever.:eusa_doh:

Just like how can there be a W.C. Fields collection without Man on the Flying Trapeze?:rage:

It often has to do with copyrights and royalties.

No (more) copyright often equals no DVD release. Royalties due? Could also mean no DVD release ... or a DVD with cut scenes, replaced musical scores, etc. --All to avoid paying royalties to the artists involved.

You'd be surprised at how many classic films and TV shows will never be officially released on DVD: "The Bicycle Thief", the '60s Batman TV series, and many others.
