What's the matter with VLJ?

Since we have quite a few members at FL who are also members at the VLJ forum a question for my fellow VLJ friends: what's the matter with the forum?
Last week for a couple of days the forum was offline with a rather standard (seen it before) faultmessage.
Then, after a couple of days, the forum appeared to be "on line" again, but I can't log in because it appears I provide an incorrect username and/or password: not so.
I signed on again with a new alias (Better Duck 2) - but now I have been waiting for three days for confirmation by the site admin....

Anybody else experiencing the same problems?
Funny, after the last-but-one downtime we talked about "what if the forum crashes", and one of the solutions was: go over to Fedora Lounge and check there.
So here I am....

They had major problems over the weekend. Even after this, many folks, like me, have had to have their IDs/passwords recreated, or have had to sign up again from scratch under a new ID.

It's working okay now - I was just over there. You should send an email to the moderators at vljinfo@gmail.com if you're a member who can't log in.

I had to register again, and had confirmation within an hour or so. Just did it this morning.

There are still technical problems with VLJ which the team are trying to resolve. A lot of data may have been lost when the forum collapsed last week. Yes, all members have had to re-register. This process is currently done manually, so I guess it depends on the time of day you register as to when you get conformation.

When I did mine it took about 30 minutes to an hour.

I think I broke it. I pushed Reply and next thing I knew there was the White Screen O' Death.

I also re-registered and sent an email to Bill French to hopefully ease any confusion, as I can't remember if I had previously registered there as Clyde R. as on the lounge or as Clyde from Carolina, the handle I use on other boards.
