Big party night. We had Tri-tip, steak, linguica, shrimp, Mongolian beef, potstickers, Singapore style rice noodles, grapes, etc. etc.:p oh and birthday cake for my son. :p
I notice my phone didn't ring. I'd have flown on a plane for that meal, and I've never had any desire to fly before in my life. :D

Ribeye roast smoked over pecan wood for an hour, then an hour in the Nuwave.
Cauliflower pressure cooked and whipped up to become faux garlic potatoes.
Both turned out wonderful!

No need to be a millionaire to eat good. Just a little forethought and a half hour in the kitchen. All the meals I cook are less than $10 a plate.
Quite right Justin.
We shop at the meat market, and Costco.
Pressure cooking and crock pot can make meals go a long way without a lot of work.
Tom's going to need those when the lot gets going to save time.
Entrepreneurs don't eat at the gas station. :D
