How does one follow those two post ⇧ with my yogurt and frosted mini-wheat cereal breakfast and not feel depressed.
And hungry as well. How does one follow those two post ⇧ with my yogurt and frosted mini-wheat cereal breakfast and not feel depressed.
Coffee and a couple of pieces of pumpkin pie.
For now, that is.
I by far prefer my normal breakfast, but it was a nice change. It is too sweet for me to eat on a daily basis. That being said, I did just finish up another big slice with another cup of coffee. Enjoy! Now that is a Fading Fast style breakfast when I allow myself to eat like I want to. I am 100% comfortable that, after this Thursday, pumpkin, coconut custard and / or pecan pie will be breakfast for several mornings.

My mother was a morning person, but refused to do breakfast for us. I believe it stemmed from her childhood when breakfast was put on the table and you were forced to eat what was placed in front of you. She detested cooked oatmeal and consumed many bowls of it against her will.I know I've told this before, so I be brief. Growing up, my mom - not a morning person - would let me eat anything for breakfast as long as (1) I got it myself, (2) ate it alone (i.e., didn't bother her) and (3) cleaned up myself.
So I ate sugared cereals, Entennmans, Hostess, Sara-lee, etc. cakes and left over desserts pretty much all the time for breakfast. Hence, to me, breakfast is sugar (other than Frosted Flakes and few others, no cereal is too sweet for me).
With Thanksgiving coming, and my now (usually) healthier eating rules loosened for the Holidays - pie for breakfast will be on the menu.

We ate well the other meals of the day, but breakfast was a free for all where anything you could find was acceptable fare.
There really is no such thing as conventional. It is only our own experience that we have as a gauge of such things. That and what has been implanted into us as being normal by television and other sources. Like mental illness, which I believe we all have, it is a spectrum upon which we all have a seat.My girlfriend thinks my upbringing was insane as there were a bunch of very non-conventional things going on in the house, but I believe it wasn't that crazy especially if we really knew what went on in many other houses. Other than that I like sugary breakfasts, I'm no worst for wear.

I'd say a very healthy layer of mayoGood man, no screwing around with "I'm slicing a banana into my healthy Cheerios and then pouring low-fat milk blah, blah, blah -" you had a real breakfast (I'm assuming with a nice layer of mayo on it).
