Ha, how's that for a variation on a theme? I was very happy to find this small women's Brooks CR on the Ebay (for a steal!) for my daughter, and I made her pose for some pics with me. She was not too excited about it, but did her daughterly duty for the sake of the board.

lina,
What a great score! I know it sounds odd but sometimes it’s more fun finding a great jacket for someone else than it is for yourself (probably because we all have too damn many of them already).
Great idea for a thread as well!

Great pictures!

There's currently a sweet Vanson Womens hip length leather jacket on ebay for 150 USD BIN. Size 8 whatever that is. If oversea shipping wasnt this expensive I would pick this up just to gift it to one of my brothers girlfriends.

Not from today but over the Christmas break, at the theater to see Mary Poppins. You can't tell from the pic but she's also sporting some Doc Marten's!

Not today but over the years:

As a teenager on a visit to Beaufort, NC wearing a Highwayman, Medium Horsehide that Ken made for her around the year 2000.

Then three years ago as we boarded the USCG Stratton to give us a tour of the Cutter when we visited for Christmas. U.S. Made Harley jacket Medium steerhide.

On her return from being underway summer of 2017 with her buddy Jetson! No Leather on Duty

These days happily married and still a "Coastie" on the eastern seaboard and a little closer to home. Oh and she is still wearing that Harley jacket when she is out and about! Her wife wears a pretty cool Vintage leather jacket as well but I am not sure of the make.

How lucky are you guys with kids? But although I don't have any, I do have four fabulous Godchildren, all grown up now, all married and all with families of their own. Jennifer was once a tomboy, nowadays she's much more a girlie girl, she loved my Harley and strove to get her own motor bike.

Impressively high heels for riding in!

My nephew, now thirteen, seems to be the same dead loss as my brother when it comes to style, bless 'em.... I think both of them only get dressed so as not be arrested and to have pockets to put stuff in. Niece, currently nine, is well into her clothes so hopefully in time...
