It doesn’t hang in the closet. It hangs about 6ft away with it’s friends. You know, in case of emergencies.

COVID-19 Harley ride north today. Only 2 of us as that's the limit y'see !
Only 8C here when we set off , 20C on the return leg.
Jacket is my only "cross zip" a steerhide Australian made Walden Miller from South Australia.
It was a "promo" jacket from the Australian cinema launch of the movie..
This firm for years made all the Coppers ( Police !) leather jackets in Australia , they get (got ?) a very good name.
"Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas" With Johnny Depp and Benicio Del Toro.

Hey Down under - I met with the owners of Walden Miller a year ago as I was passing through Adelaide and thought I'd say hi. Small place in an industrial area. They were really nice but getting on in years. I reckon if they had fixed up their website 10 years ago and added a few civi patterns they would have sold a shed load of jackets to punters. I guess their govt contracts paid the rent. I had a police jacket of theirs about 20 years ago but can't remember anything about it. They are one of the last 2 or 3 leather jacket makers in Australia. I remember when Melbourne alone had 5 makers around 30 years ago. None today that I know of.
