Big thanks to @Kuro!

Schott p613s CXLSH Burgundy, the color is very attractive.
It is almost brand new jacket, weight is 7.2 lbs, I wish it's heavier.
For the price I am happy, what do you think?

Great looking jacket! I was tempted to get their P665 that also came out with this line in CXL but didn't like the black hardware on a black jacket, was also worried it might be too heavy...interesting you say it wears lighter, good thing.

Thanks. You're the first here to show a Blattwerk HH jacket from SB. Is it as good as they say? How is it compared to other HH - how heavy, subtle, how does the surface feel (I read waxy)? It's quite expensive compared to their standard CXL Horween (I guess $200 extra)

Pure luck. Only if it's 4oz hide, that will be a "end of game" jacket.

I don't think you can expect anything heavier from any of the makers we talk about here, to be honest. The only truly insanely heavy jacket I've seen was Natal / Walter Dyer and that was 5, 6 oz, maybe more. The leather on these isn't slightly thicker than, say, Vanson or Aero or whatever; the difference is staggering.

My goathide again
With its liner installed back after being laundered, and i have sprayed the leather with vinegar water in and out inside the pockets, and then air dried it on a hanger right opposing a standing fan the whole day yesterday now with all the moldy smell gone and no vinegar smell as well, combined with soap smelled liner it is a fresh 3yrs old jacket, lol.

My experience with goat hide, when it is hanged on the hanger it springs back like new all the creases gone, but once worn it shows back all the familiar creases on the right / usual spots.

I’m not sure I would describe it as waxy, if I had to compare it against another leather I’ve handled I would say it’s maybe similar to the naked cowhide in my old SCHOTT leather peacoat???, its medium weight & drapes well, I’ve owned a few different jackets now in different leathers it’s certainly different to anything else Ive handled, what attracted me to this leather was the grain, in person it’s amazing here are a couple of close up pics, I’ve been wearing this whenever I can since I’ve had it and it’s getting better with each wear
