Looks great! Warmed up significantly yesterday. I always dread this time of year when jacket weather starts to get away from us. FQHH sure looks perfect in the sun.

I quickly retreated to my wash closet so I can fully showcase this lovely piece of leather. I haven’t had many occasions to wear it but putting it on...after all this denim, it’s like recovering from amnesia. Supposed to be a raw day here tomorrow with 1-3” of snow. I’ll be sporting the Bootlegger for sure.

The leather on this is incredible, I can't think of anything else to compare it to... rich mahogany? A burnished leather satchel painstakingly cared for over the years? It looks amazing anyway.

It's like pouring hot caramel and chocolate mixed with cream all over your upper body into the shape of a leather jacket. By and far the nicest chunk of CXL I've handled in many attempts!

That's seriously the best description of what CXL is like. Only on a warm day, though.

I keep trying to get a shot that really captures it...the marble effect is next level. It literally goes from black to white in some spots.

Ton, I think I need to print this photo into a large full colored picture, then choose a nice frame to frame it into that and hang it on the wall in the main room to admire it!
P.S. Though, not sure my wife will applaud this unique idea))

Yes, if I attempted to hang a framed photo of a leather jacket in my home I'm fairly certain my next visit would be to the proctologist, compliments of where my wife would rather see it displayed.

Here's a thing that steerhide cannot do. The marble effect I have seen only on horsehide. Maybe because of the finer grain and therefore more even surface?

There's something special about how horsehide ages. I'm looking forward to see the cordovan steerhide in a year.
