…and my take on Buffalo wings. I’ve never actually had Buffalo wings. I adapted a recipe from the internet - the sauce is made with my homemade sauce of fermented habaneros, onions and garlic mixed with a store bought red jalapeño sauce, honey and butter. No idea how “Buffalo” it was, but it was damn good!

Good looking stuff as usual. "Buffalo" wings are just deep.fried and tossed in butter and Frank's Red Hot, originally. As with most things, it didn't stop there.
