This Pineapple Moon shirt I scored thrifting yesterday (brand new with tags and spare button even! ) is tough to match a hat to. This WW2 era Parabuntal does as well as any.

Shave & haircut today. Wearing the custom Nathaniel's. Color is Willow with a 3 5/8th" brim and a Lizard Head crown bashed to 5 1/4 inch. Nathaniel's hatshop is just down the street from my barbershop so I stopped in to see Nate and have him open and shape the hat just a tad where the sides were a bit too snug.

Heading on up to 85°F today, so I went with a straw again... the same straw I wore yesterday, a fine weave Cuenca body that Mike Miller made into a great hat for me. Had a good panel interview today and I think it went well. Time will tell. I was ready for fall and have all the straws sitting in the back bedroom to put away for the season but these next few days of heat keep them out of their boxes.

Not quite the trouble maker Charlie / @hatsRme is, though, hehehe....

Well, I don't have two hat days that often. The drizzling rain has let up so now off to my Dr. appt in a new era sage green Stetson Whippet. 150th birthday premier edition. All those wonderful older Whippets everyone posted lately has reminded me I should give the new one some head time.

Thanks Bowen. I kind of like it unruly. Then when my hair gets too long and wild, as it is now, it looks fairly kempt in comparison to the hat.

Turned out to be an okay ride as I made it to my favorite thrift before the real downpour started.
And now that I'm home I'm sitting here under this Dutch topper that came in the mail today as a gift from Stefan.
