What Hat Are You Wearing Today ?

O yeah!

As a life long Republican, my voting this election was very difficult. I could not in good conscience support the narcissist in charge. I dropped off our ballots at the county courthouse this morning after a much needed haircut. Felt that a more dignified look was in order so I wore a European Homburg in navy blue by Mayser-Milz. It made me feel a little better...

Good look, Mike. Voting is certainly a right to treat with the utmost respect and dignity!

Nice choice of hat, Mike. Glad to see it made you feel better. Hope your vote did, too.

Have the suede finish Dobbs today. And regarding women looking good in fedoras, I'm sure most of you know that they were originally made for women.

I insist, you try it! Bashing is not a big deal in the end. I never "misbashed" one hat, it has always worked. Watch the video.
I never bashed in an highly accurate style. I never said: "this is the perfect crease, I have to reach for it." I simply bash, and be happy with my unique formed hats.

All hats I have were open crowned. I can't get around with a pre-creased. ;)

Regards,
Arne
Well, if you insist!
My wife and I have ordered beaver Hornskov hats for Christmas. We decided that would be it for our hat buying this year, so it might have to wait until next year…though, I figure that’s more of a guideline than a rule!

Too early to be getting out the shovel,
Michael

Good Lord, man!! It was in the mid 80s here today. At least you've got the right gear for it. Looking good! I envy you all that wool and cooler weather.....although maybe not THAT cooler.

Looking sharp Mike. I'm surprised it took you this long to come to your senses and realize that a homburg is the only hat to wear for a proper voting experience. Ha ha.

Dang, Michael, I sure hope it isn't coming this way. I was watching my son play baseball just yesterday.
I hope so too. Wouldn't wish this on anyone at this time of year.

Thanks Dale. It was in the 80s here just two or three days ago. I have been looking forward to cool weather, but this change is a bit more abrupt than I was hoping for. And the novelty factor of the snow has already worn off for me. Ha ha.

Thanks,
Michael

Right! That's one piece missing from my wardrobe. Every man should have a cloak or a cape. :D

Thanks!

Nice Biltmore today, Reggie. They made some nice hats before Bollman took over the name.

I have neither a cape nor a cloak, and I can already see my wife laughing in my mind’s eye. :) All the more reason the find one: we can use more laughter.
