Everyone knows people who live & recreate in warmer climates are just healthier. Here's to another stress free hot day relaxing out on the lake.

Well, according to this US News report, @jonesy86 is safe, at least...
Unbelievable! Alabama didn't make the list.
Thanks, Marcel.Nice hat Steve.
Yes the Baldi's are dutch based and according to my information the are the owners of Jos van Dijck hatshop in Utrecht (netherlands).
Don't drink the kool-aid!Unbelievable! Alabama didn't make the list.
Quite the universal line, Max.There's something about Dutch women. Skin/haircolor/mood that I really like. I should've never broken up with mine.

I DO wear one in the bathtub. I've seen it in more than one movie.I no longer wear a hat in the hot tub.
A Vaquero, amigo. Or better yet, a Caballero!Max is a cowboy at heart, he just refuses to accept it.

Go climb a rope, already.
On Saturday night? I'll bet you have Mr. Turtle & his friend Mr. Hands from SNL in there with you.I DO wear one in the bathtub.
Yeah, my wife would not react well if i said something like that. That’s a dangerous thing for a married man to think, let alone say.

Have a good one,

Lee silver label sage homburg to start this warm, foggy morning
Also, I hope these pics are showing up in appropriate sizes, since the new Tapatalk app doesn’t give me the option to choose small.

The homburgs were well represented yesterday; that can only be a good thing. Well done, gentlemen! Some mornings are slower than others. On this slower morning I am wearing a homburg. I was the only person walking thru the park reserve in a hat, much less a homburg. The local wildlife, birds and my dog did not voice any negatives about my hat choice. I am taking this as a thumbs up on wearing more homburgs.
Speeding up slowly - I headed out for errands in a cap.
Yard chores and grilling some lunch in a vintage Stetson Playboy.
It has warmed up this afternoon to 74'f and 70' humidity. Time for a Supernatural Tulcan Panama and some Peat's coffee.
Best, Eric -
Superb, Bill. Everything just works.Bright sunny morning and in the mid 90s. Since it's Felt Hat Day I decided to wear this Northwest Hat Co. silverbelly with copper ribbon. This is the first time wearing this hat that I shamelessly plagiarized from Doug aka @Tukwila. I would feel bad about it if I didn't like it so much. BTW I will be switching back to straw this afternoon.

You did a standout job there, John. Perfect panama.Hey all!
This Panama that I blocked and finished a couple years ago saw service yesterday for a trip to the county fair and today as well.
Have a great day!

Van Dijck's house brand on display. Not something we see often here, Marcel.Today: Black Baldifino 'tres corone' furfelt. The hat is 'pimped' with another ribbon (it used to have a black ribbon). Doesn't seem to make people happier though. According to the World Happiness Report (yes, there is such a thing) the top four countries are Finland, Norway, Denmark and Iceland.Everyone knows people who live & recreate in warmer climates are just healthier. Here's to another stress free hot day relaxing out on the lake.

It's the house brand of Jos van Dijck hatshop in Utrecht, Steve. Their family name is Baldi. Current owner is Frank Baldi.Thank you so much, Marcel. That is most informative. I've often wondered about it. Are the Baldis Dutch based?
I picked mine up from Stefan a couple of years ago. Here are a few pics of it on.
