I’m lookin for the appropriate,
“I’m fed up with this s**t, and i’m not taken it anymore” hat!!
Maybe this one!!

Unless you have been pounded on the bridge of your nose by the brim of one of these, you will never see them the same way again... I think park ranger as in Yogi Bear. The campaign hat? More people will think park ranger than drill instructor
Sorry to hear about your misfortune, Bowen. Tapatalk has been remarkably stable the last few days. Maybe that's an option?View attachment 126832 View attachment 126833 Greetings All: and Gremlins

Beautiful color and brim width on this Lee. Very enjoyable to see. This warm and off/on light rainy morning our power went out. Duh! A vtg.Lee Adventurer was my felt hat to fight the rain drops while I grilled some breakfast.
The advertised "waterblock" worked this morning to have the hat hold shape in the intermittent light rain.
Power restored by mid afternoon.
Best, Eric -
That is a good sized brim. Looks like the chance of rain may win out.Fingers crossed. Great brim on that western straw.
I like those two toned weaves, and the vents. Great for hot weather.Homero Ortega wild-ass straw this morning for errands. Needed some ventilation with 90+ temps heading my way.

Love that tall crown. Looking good!Meeting today and in spite of the heat I chose felt. I can't View attachment 126872 View attachment 126873 grab a straw when there is a VS felt sitting near it. I didn't hang out in the heat and I survived unscathed. The photos are at the end of the day.

Great looking outfit for a night out. Dig those shoes. That is a good sized brim. Looks like the chance of rain may win out.

I was going to take the Melvin downtown to see a little live music tonight, but that chance of rain, and the radar, told me I had better go with some felt. '60s era Royal Stetson will get to hear the tunes.

That sure is a nice looking, well made straw. I'll have to look into these guys.I wore my Black Creek straw today for the first time. It was a perfect day for it.

What a fine looking VS, that crown is so impressive. Way to look imposing for a meeting, did you win?Meeting today and in spite of the heat I chose felt. Only a hat fanatic would consider a gun safe to protect their collection. Of course, with your stellar hat stable, I would have armed guards and gun towers at your compound.I posted this in a more appropriate thread, but I think few will see it there.
Would it help if I said I wore all these hats today?
I just had this made-to-order hat safe delivered today.
Last week I was worried about my hats being stolen when I was in Acapulco, so I stacked them all inside a smaller safe and they got squished.
A hat closet, with capacity for 45 hats is supposed to be delivered next Thursday. The closet will have a lock, but I plan to put my most expensive hats in the safe (14 hats, or 28 if I only stack them two at a time) when I leave on vacation.

That Stetson sure looks serviceable in a hot climate. Needed one of these here in the Pacific Northwest today. Good to see you.Stetson No Fly Zone at Vallarta's Malecon
