Love that color. I'd wear more Westerns if I could find ones like that.

Thanks, moe. It is an unusual color for a western. Black, silverbelly, browns and grays ar so common. I rarely wear green in anything but thanks to the prodding from @Hurricane Jack, I picked it up and am glad I did. Goes with my hazel eyes.

Nice! Not a brand you see very often. There was a Motsch box on ebay recently with a nice looking Lock&Co hat. Too small though. Box looked like this.

Giving one of the Holland Connection hats a spin today for class in PDX. With a couple of light shims, this Mayser Milz with a cool bow treatment should brave the elements. Still need to do some minor maintenance, clean the sweat, refine the center dent. But I just had to wear one of the new arrivals.

A mellow earthy green like that goes with a lot!

It's a couple of sizes too big, but once I shimmed it down it's almost perfect. I'm hoping a few wearings will make the sweat conform a little better.

Thanks sir. I picked this hat off my hat rack knowing that I would be able to appreciate the warmth of a mid winter sun this morning. Mid winter sun and relative warmth (38'F) are soul soothing. As to the hat - a fav on my hat rack.
