You forgot to add AWESOME to the center dent description!!! I love adding variants and texture to my dents and pinches....you actually see a LOT of that sort of thing in the 20's and 30's......
Great Job!!

Cool Bird and a well personalized center dent

Thanks muchly! But most of the credit goes to the hat, itself. When I put the hat on and push the dent down, that's the shape it takes. The crown is very soft and sumptuous, and is easy to change the shape of without any steam or water. But it also holds the shape pushed into it without the need for readjustment.

I'm a little upset with you Justin.
Why have you been holding back on us for so long?!?!

Lovely lid!

Haha thank you -- the wife has two costumes today. She's Cruella DeVille and her students are the Dalmatians. But when she gets home today she's changing into a Death Star-themed maternity outfit. #MatchyMarriedCouple

It was so cold in bed last night that I got up and put on a pair of gym socks, wore them as bed socks. What a difference the daylight brings, the brown felt that I wore to match the jacket proved just too warm. Sadly I have yet to invest in a witchy colour lid so cream was the best contrast that I could find to go with the witchy shirt.
A spooky All Hallows to witches and wizards everywhere.

Nice one Bob, good color. Another western from a different maker, surprising that western hats were made by makers, not normally thought of for making westerns. Some, like yours are very nice.

Thanks Desert dog! This one is most likely out of Byer-Rolnick's factory ("Formease" is one of their trademarks). They know how to make a western!

Interesting center dent. I like.

Rescued from its box where it has been languishing over the summer. Time to break out some of these winter weather hats, as it's in the 30s this AM. Inspired by @Bamaboots' choice yesterday - 150th Anniversary Stetsonian in light gray.

And a brim up for Bob, because it looks good on this hat.

Happy Hallowe'en!

Sent directly from my mind to yours.
Ha! Yes, thanks. It does. Its that great brim flange Stetson uses on their recent production Stetsonians. Mine sits nicely the same with the brim up.
