Very nice, Bob. I know now to keep an eye out for one.A misty morning so I went with the Malrov.
Looking good in felt again, Mike. And that felt on the Penn-Craft has pettting appeal.Keeping with the long hair theme this morning, I'm going out for errands in the cool of the morning. The forest fire haze is keeping temps down this a.m., but it is going up to the 90s after lunch. I grabbed my Penn-Craft English stingy with a wonderful long hair finish. Love the feel of this hat. The Penn Craft license was sold off to England just after the merger in 1946. This license example is from the early 1960s

Sharp!
Right before leaving the house this morning I set this hat on the granite kitchen counter, put a damp washcloth over the brim and gave it a just couple light passes with a steam iron. All the little wrinkles / ripples have disappered.
Wow.Tonak "Flexible" production date, Week 47, 1958. The felt is very similar to a lighter weight Borsalino of the time period but with far less quality components and a fraction of the cost. This hat was made for the Czechoslovakian market and from my May 2016 Czech find.

The perfect Borso....wow.Just one today, but not the least of them. Borsalino Ghiaccio.
