Super! Can you post a photo of the paper label if available? Does it mention be made under license? I think might be Italian / Panizza.Today I wore my Dobbs "Panaire" Panama straw. Originally it had a Colonial style (open crown with a thin ridge running from front to back). I didn't like that, so I flatened the ridge a bit and lowered the dome so it looks more like a Pork Pie or Gambler. It was a fantastic eBay deal; only cost me 24,- Euro, total. I'd say Nate and his wife took a great hat and gave it that "Wow!" factor. Really nice work!Spent the morning in a straw, spent the rest of the day in the Texas Hatter Hi-Roller after I had Nate from Nathaniels custom hats do his magic to steam, buff/brush, and reshape it. Amazing how fast he shapes and rolls a hat, what an artist. His wife found the perfect hatband...
I like it! I don't know if it was intentional, but I like the way you left a little of that "ridge" visible on the crown--it's a small detail that catches the eye and makes the crown look a little less "plain". Ok. I thought it was from Europe.Unfortunately no other labels in the hat. I bought it on eBay USA during my last visit. Don't know where it was made.
All better now.Yes. From Tapatalk. It's pretty much non functional for me today.
Sent directly from my mind to yours.
