Greetings All:
Well...it’s 5p and i’m on coffee #2. I mighta overslept some! Duhh Gettin old ain’t fer p****es!
Anyway, my eyes locked on this guy and i said, “what the hell is that”? He was sitting over there by those arrogant ones that don’t come out and play much. I grabbed him and a buddy and said “We’ll See”!
It’s a Stack OR type, does not have the cool Air-O-whatever sweat. Darn it!
I believe MacLachlan did the felt for old Frank. Pretty good job too.
Be well. Bowen

Royal Stetson, late 1930s. Quite remarkable condition for an old summer hat.

Goodness, this lid looks fresh out of the 1930's! I'll have to show off my old Stetson boater as well. This ought to be in the "Lovely Liners" thread, if not already posted there.

Gorgeous OR-look-a-like, B. Don't recognize the maker. Does the Air-O-Lite sweat actually work like its supposed to, or was it entirely decorative?

Home Renovations. Tearing up flooring and baseboards and replacing them. Long hard work. Will probably take a few weeks to do the entire house.

I usually wear my Snowy River but reached for this one instead.

You be careful with that Fed Johnny. Demolition can be dangerous to fine men's head wear.

Up in the morning and off to work (w/ apologies to Chuck Berry)

Gus Miller Custom in Bone. Inspired by a Knox 100 that is in some Lounger's hands, but I forget which one

I had to get a tooth filled today. I fix his teeth, he fixes mine. Hence my crooked smile.

Love this Borsalino color. Can't wait to see it in the sunshine on the golf course.

A Stack wow! day-um Bowen. Bringing out the big guns today.

Not too hot, not too cold. The Akubra Capricorn doesn't get too much wear but was just right for today.

Thanks folks for the likes on my most recent posts. I appreciate the internet "thumbs up."

I love those white shoes, but how do you keep them clean?

Perry; The suede is not so hard to keep clean. Treat the suede with nano coating before wearing them out of the house and almost all marks brush off. Marks can be cleaned with a Saphire product and then stiff brushed out. The shoes in the pic are Aldens. I do have a pair of chormexcel white Trickers that I wear when the warm weather is challenging.

vs. suede.

Or to avoid the white stigma how about dusty.

Perry I do not fear white. White matters!

Thank you buddy. You're right. The color on this one is really rich and the brushed finish gives it a bit of a sheen. As creased, the crown on this one is five inches tall. The tan one I did also has the same crown height, as creased. It just doesn't look as tall as this one because of the wider ribbon.

Just to add, I don't mean to be critical of someone's hard work but the Lounge's new update is making it difficult to post anything with its freezing up and constant "loading". Anyone else experiencing problems with this new update?
