No, I picked it up a couple of months ago for $20. It was in a cattleman crease but reshaped OK, felt is a little thick but holds shape with steam. Brim 2-5/8 bound and thin ribbon, crown at 4-1/2 to pinch. House of Roth-Shire seems to have been a clothing brand until the 70's. My guess is that this is from sometime in the late 60's or early 70's. Comfortable and solid.

I'm pretty sure it's all original. Couldn't say for sure, though. It looks pretty vintage, back bow and all.
