AWESOME COMBO! That hat and jacket are perfect! I love the hat sir. Best of luck at your interview Doug!
Thanks! I think the interview went really well. I'm excited about the prospects. I love this black cherry Gannon. Most people would be surprised how well it goes with so many other different colors. I wore it mostly for the benefit of my endocrinologist, who dresses like a GQ Doc. I keep trying to get him to buy a custom fedora. Someday!!!

A real stunner of a hat!!! Looking good Bob. Go for it on experimenting with the facial hair. I wish I could do that but was paid a visit by the owner of the company I work for and was told I HAD to shave my moustache or would no longer be employed :( It was a sad day

I was fired from a job once because I wouldn't cut my hair.

It was a record store

Sheesh!

Congrats on the interview going well! With enough time I'm sure you can get him to come around and buy one :)

Yeah I wasn't happy at all for quite awhile. Especially since I was almost to where I could start wearing it as a handlebar. I had purchased wax, a brush, and everything else I would need.
Man, that sucks! I see you're in Idaho... was it an LDS boss by chance? I worked at a law firm whose sole practitioner was the area Stake President. When I started, I asked him if I needed to shave my goatee and he said absolutely not. But i know some really dislike facial hair... I actually had applied for a position with a large, upscale grocery chain and was surprised when they said the company had a "no facial hair" policy. I w

So was a friend of mine (not a record store). He retired on the settlement his attorney got for the sexist behavior of the employer.

I don't think he's LDS that I know of. However my wife's family was when she was growing up (not any longer) so I totally know what you mean! The reason I got was one of the most ridiculous I had ever heard. I was told it was because it "made me look like I was constantly frowning"! I couldn't f'n believe that one. Little did he know I was soon going to be wearing it turned up so I would have looked like I was smiling lol! :)
