Found the gate!

Not the bridge though. This bit of concrete is all that remains.

The water mill wheel is still there. Amazing as the river was completely over it.

I'm not waving "howdy". The water was this high (and we are about 100 feet from the creek).

Holy smokes... That's one heck of a flood.

Good luck drying out and getting stuff put back together.

Glad to see you are ok, though.
Wow. Hope everything works out, Bob.

Thanks guys. Many, many people have lost everything. For us it's just a bit of yard work and a few additional miles travel to get to town. We still have the house (the power stayed on) and this only affects the fringes. Although I just had all the sticks in the yard picked up...

I tried to convince my boss that I should have the day off for the [emoji512] festivities for @alanfgag in Buffalo. He ain't buying it. So I'm just celebrating by wearing a Premier Knox Fifth Avenue.

Have a merry Tuesday.

P.S. A belated happy anniversary to Fed and Mrs. Fed. May the next year be your best yet together. :)

I can't thank all of you enough for all the wonderful comments about my son and brand spanky new grandson yesterday. You are all so very kind!!! THANK you!!!

Kind of bursting with excitement here today, all fired up for @alanfgag's birthday!!! I pulled out the par-tay hat, a granite VS porkpie, configured (as best I could) with the Famous Friedman Front on the brim, in your honor, Alan!

Wow! Did the bridge sink or get washed down stream in the flood. Glad you and yours are ok. I would hat to see that great old water wheel devastated. The clean up begins.

It is nice to see a Dobbs made in Italy. The quality looks to be exceptional. Love the color.

Yes, Alan's birthday should be a National Holiday. Love a back bow Matt. Great condition on that beauty.

Another great example of a Work of Art. Love the brim work Charlie.

ALL replacable, Bob. Glad you and yours are well!! Hello back atcha!

Thanks Charlie. As my Dad used to always say (and I'm not sure why) ... "Howdy, howdy!"

Wow! Did the bridge sink or get washed down stream in the flood. Glad you and yours are ok. I would hat to see that great old water wheel devastated. The clean up begins.

There was about a 3-foot drop after the bridge, so I guess it's down in that hole now. Trying to justify to my wife that I need a new(-ish) tractor with front loader and backhoe. For some reason she can spend that kind of money with little thought, but questions if I spend $10 on an old hat.
