Thanks for all of the kind words yesterday about hats and other things. You folks are good ones.

Up and out early because the cats were angry at me for running out of cat food. I gave them dog food, but they weren't having any of it. Snobs!

After returning home I donned the '40s teal Game Bird mainly to verify that the stretch has held. All is good. So it will accompany me for my Friday labors.

In one of the shots I kind of have the "stink-eye" going. I include it to further dissuade Red from trying to take me on in the octagon for that green Dobbs (when it comes down to it, I'm a hippie wimp and he'd probably handily kick my butt).

I like the ribbon on it. Hard to find better than circa 1950's 7X fur felt. My Borsalino XXXXX Marquis Grand Lux and Borsalino "mink" fur felt are also nice and thick.

Maybe it was made of little Leprechaun hair, so it is undied and "Wild Clover Green" will be the natural color !!!!
