Gärner Wien probably 1930s. This is a nice example of a per-WWII European (in this case Austrian) Wool (common in Europe) Stiff Felt. Not a high price point Stiff Felt but still fantastic ~ 80 years later.

I dig hat look on a Bushman ... could never get a crease to look right on mine ... I may try that
