In a rush this PM so I apologize for not having time to comment on all the wonderful hats individually.

On this beautiful evening from Central Ohio I'm wearing an early 1960s Royal Stetson OR style hat. It doesn't have Open Road stamped on the sweat band but it looks like an OR to me....(although, I have seen a Canadian made Open Road in the Royal Stetson). Anyway, I really don't care much for this hat. In fact, I don't care much for any Stetson that was made after the 1950s....

T.J., that is a good looking hat! Very nice.

Javier - great pics and hats all round

Johnny - I'd never have considered a pith helmet for yard work

TJ - looks good regardless of age

Garrett - that's a beauty. Do the Texans know what they're in for? ;)

rclark, hatsRme, Richard, Andy, thanks guys, I appreciate the comments on my Royal Stetson...

g.durand, Nice Strat. It's one of those hats that's on my wish list, but always eludes me.

Andy, I like the color of your Squatter a lot better than the Black Beast I used to have.

Joao - looks good the furriness works well with the beard ;)
Thanks :)

Panizza President for me today:
Nice choice and you do look good in it.

Can't say the same if it have the brim width I want.

Nice liner.
Hope the business is not buying westerns for brim trimming ;)

Today the 7XCB. I love this hat. Today the hole Country is in yellow alert, heavy rain is coming. What have they done to my sunshine... I want it back!

The 7XCB has at least nine lives. Great hat.

I returned from work travels to a desk full of stuff and one box that I was looking forward to open.

I look weary, but needed a first shot of my new Cordova Devon cap.

This is the first new hat I've purchased since I began collecting vintage. It's really swell.

I keep thinking of the days that people used to make things. Artisans, real artisans, who could create and not just put together. I'm glad there are a few left.

Fantastic looking hats lately guys, excuse me if I don't call them all out individually.

Andy - the Squatter looks good, nice hats for this time of year.

Sam - lovely CRM

Miami - beautiful Disney, suits you perfectly

Joao - at least with that hat there's not much of you exposed to the elements ;)

Alan - great looking cap

Dale - the hat looks good on you, and the renovation work looks good from what I can see :)

Newjack - nice felt/ribbon combo.

New Old Stock Flechet from a shop in France (thanks for the heads up Daniele) - photo not great, but it's anthracite coloured and a semi-long hair/velour:
