Exquisite hats today. I'm happy I hang out here so often--there is so much to learn! Late to the party but looking like I just left one....but maybe the hat saves me.

This may be TMI... Can't get that little movie out of the back of my brain...

Thank you for NOT posting pictures of this, Huertecilla!

Hats are also FUN and not taking onseself too seriously is much appreciated by the female half of the world. At least by those inside of my circle. This may be because the others keep out
Nah, I remember when I was writing my first book and spending a bit more time at home. Prepairing diner with just an apron and a cooks hat to aid her unwind.
The first to enter was the education council(wo)man.
So I just said ´Hi, are you staying for diner?'
"GLUP... Oh yés."

Yes, I thought no photos would less upset the ever so serious hat cart ;)

p.s. what are you guys going to do or wear on your head on the 6th of july? A day worth planning a bit of hatiquette for :eusa_clap

Thanks to everyone who commented on my mid-ribbon S-25 yesterday. I'm inclined to think that this style would have sold well, if Stetson had decided to to make and promote it.

Great hat selection in the last 24 hours - really nice to see more straws emerging. Looks as though a warm day is in store here so my VS milan Dualist is a good choice, I think.

I'm starting July 6 preparations immediately! My philosophy has always been "if you've got a holiday, I'll celebrate!" No pun intended, but I'm ALL OVER IT!!

How does that old song go; "I used to kiss her on the lips, but it's all over now..."

David your Dualist is one of my favorite hats.

So, today is my VS oxblood...

David - I really like the lines on the dualist. Not warm enough here in my neck of the woods yet for a straw, but if I had one of those, I'd wear it.
Charlie - it must be VS day and I didn't get the memo. Love the color, and the ribbon sets it off beautifully.
