What Hat Are You Wearing Today 1?

I made it over to Buckaroo Hatters today.
Had a great time with Mike and Rocky.
Here a a few photos.

I wore my Borsalino...

A customer in his new Buckaroo.

A customers cool homburg. I love the curl on this one.

Another customer was wanting a Boss of the Plains. We got into a discussion about how the crown
on the BOP was made. Mike had a book with info on it.

The customer commented how most hatters did not make a true BOP
because of the block needed to get the crown correct.
He said he thought Mike nailed it with his block.

Today, I went with the '30's Campbell Homburg for a walk to the store.

D_N - I never did measure the height of the crown before I creased the hat, but I'd guess about 6 inches.

Everytime I see new photos of everyone having a great time at Buckaroo, it makes me want to get one of Mike's hats. That feeling is getting stronger after seeing that great Buckaroo that BobC recently acquired.

Looking forward to seeing the finished Wedding Hat as well!
