Seller had this listed cheap and was willing that take offers. The photos are horrible quality, the dimensions were smaller than I like, and I already have eight Biltmore homburgs. What made me take the plunge was the color “blue grass.” I need a blue grass homburg, don’t I?

Terrible color rendering.


He had another New with Defects (light mothing) in dove gray so I made a lowball offer and he agreed so Biltmore #2 is also on its way:

Hope these turn out to be something special. I am interested in the dove gray color. Does not look too moth eaten in the crappy photos.

It is not often that I get what I would consider an 'ultimate.' Like most of us, I usually compromise.

However, for whatever the reason, Jupiter is aligned with Mars, and I was able to procure perhaps the one hat that I can call my favorite of all the hundreds of hats I have seen on FL since signing up in 2009.

This should be on its way by the end of the week. My next is a golden/honey plush velour (maybe a long hair if the velour isn’t thick enough). This is the photo I sent the hatter. Not sure where I originally found the reference photo so I could well be a fellow lounger’s:

On this golden hat I asked for a 3.25” brim. One of the best parts about ordering hats from Agnoulita is the short wait time.
