Looking for a classic style lightweight jacket and these two keep me coming back . Does anyone have any insight on them ? I have only seen good reviews about the company .

Mister Freedom make some of the nicest clothing you'll find. if the sizing and the cost work for you, you can purchase with out worry regarding quality and customer service.

Mister Freedom is one of the best. Their Pensacola Jacket is so underrated ngl.

I have an M41 utility jacket from Bronson that resembles the green MF-41. I only wear it hiking in the back woods with my dog. I probably won’t wear it in the city.

I would rather wear the Rocketeer if I went out on the town with friends to a nice bar or something; it seems more versatile. Save the MF-41 for storming the beaches as Normandy.

Other alternatives I would recommend:

The Taylor Stitch Ojai Chore Jacket in Olive is a military-themed jacket that won't make you look like you are wearing a costume or a war reenactor. It's also $200 cheaper.

I recommend the Rogue Terrority Supply Jacket as an alternative to the brown jacket. It's a beautiful jacket.

Too bad Iron Heart doesn't make the Canvas L2B bomber jacket anymore.

Mister Freedom CPO was the nicest I’ve ever felt, and I wear a lot of CPOs.

I’d wear the Rocketeet jacket but not the MF41. The latter looks like there’s too much (details) going on for a relatively small jacket.
