Pay no mind to my angry expression. It's cold and snowy out!

Today is especially cold so i'm wearing my dated 1929 beaver fur collar overcoat, and bowler, scarf, shirt, 3-piece tweed suit, spats and shoes all from the 40's

Hi everyone. Here's some pictures of my latest acquisitions:

A grey herringbone tweed, London Fog overcoat:

A grey Harris Tweed herringbone sports jacket:

New Akubra Federation IV (tawny fawn):

The overcoat was dated by another Lounge member to be probably late '80s or early '90s, and I think the Harris Tweed jacket could be late '70s or early '80s. They seem to be good quality tweed coats. I consider the tawny fawn Fed IV to be more of a dress hat than my brown Indiana Jones inspired one (which I may wear on hikes). For a long time, I've been thinking about getting a tan dress hat, and I think I look better in it than the dark brown one. In the first few photos, I'm wearing a Sam Hober grenadine tie (midnight blue) I bought a few months ago, which is my favorite tie. I think a 54 inch length, and a 3 inch width suits me well.

No way to take pics, but I'm wearing brown/grey trousers in a microcheck pattern, cognac-colored Allen Edmonds laceup shoes, and a light pink buttondown oxford shirt. It's fairly chilly here today, so for the way in to work, I popped on my black cashmere/wool overcoat and my silverbelly fedora-bashed vintage Stetson OR. And while I sit here at my computer, I'm wearing an alpaca sweater, black and white and greyish-blue, in sort of Norwegian-looking patterns. Some years back I bought it at an alpaca ranch (yes! for real!) about an hour north of New Orleans.
