Today, I bought once again spontaneously a book on a visit in Weimar. In these old-fashion-bookstores, I could settle down and never get out.

This time, I bought a new book from 2015 about Ingrid Bergman's life. To me, she's a fascinating woman.

One of life's great reasonably affordable pleasures is to walk into an old book store, stroll around, pick up several books you know nothing about but are attracted to because of their jackets and topics, read the first few pages, buy one or two and walk out incredibly excited to get home to begin reading after you make the hard decision of which one to start first. That could be an entire afternoon of fun.
