Thanks Doug. We're taking a motorhome & trailering the bikes so he will be more comfortable. Three can ride on the way up & one drive the motorhome. Off & on the trailer, we've done that before.

My friends who attend Sturgis (and the Redwoods, etc) have been doing it that way for at least the last 20 years.

You don’t brush this thing, you use a hedge trimmer. It’s got more hair than i do. Prob done now.

So...this cheerleader is movin alittle slow after Fri nite but shall prevail. Wouldn’t be right not to show the rest of the Bulldogger so here goes.
This one reminded me a a Dairy Queen soft vanilla cone when i saw the auction pics. I like ice cream so i got it. But this cone is too big for my head. Drat!!
It’s got the “ghosticles” of 3 past creases. Here’s two dry ones. A very nice felt on this one me thinks.

I had a Navy Seal as an “escort” to the Brig in GTMO in 74-75’. He told me to throw my Seabag in the jeep. I told him “why don’t you do it yourself...”. Bad move!
He graciously offered to put us both in. I’m not dumb or stupid, but i can do both well. I still consider that an a**kickin cause he didn’t lay a finger on my Jarhead a**. Now “that” was the “best” a**kickin i ever had! So to, still, speak.

I am guessing this is a mid 50's no.1, blocking tags are missing.......
This was sold/used by Blackberry Farms in California.....I snapped it up thinking an Illinois conection, but our park did not open until 1969......
It is a size 7 but it is too cool to let go of. 3 3/4 crown as bashed, 4 inch bound brim.....makes me think of the spanish hats but this brim has an upward flange and is not flat.......really nice pliable felt.......not at all stiff.
