Washing seersucker?

I just bought this seersucker shorts set on ebay. I don't know anything about this material, other than that my kids hate how it feels. Does anyone have experience with washing it? [huh] Any specific do's or don'ts? Any information would be most helpful. Thanks! Trix

Seersucker washes up very nicely (with no special precautions needed), and of course it needs no ironing after it dries
