Indeed it would be...I suspect when laid totally flat it'll measure closer to 23"-23.5". You can see in the pic only the side with the D pocket is totally flat. Same with the sleeves. I asked him to remeasure the sleeves properly around the curve and they are 26.5" which is within tolerance for me.
But....I'll know for sure tomorrow!
