WANTED size 46 or 48 coat/suit

Hello all! Im in dire need of 50s/60s(preferably 60s) suits/suit coats In size 46 OR 48. HELP!

Did you notice the one posted by tallyho. The chest on it measures 23". I think that should make it about a 46. I would like to have it myself but the inseam is too short.http://www.thefedoralounge.com/showthread.php?t=13526
